I pledge to cherish and uphold the ideals enshrined in our Constitution; To protect the sovereignty, unity, and integrity of our Nation; To promote harmony and the spirit of common brotherhood amongst all the people of India, transcending religious, linguistic, regional, or sectional diversities; To respect and ensure the dignity of every individual; To strive continuously for the well-being and prosperity of our people and the progress of our country.
